The dosage forms that can be produced are: soft capsules, hard capsules, tablets, granules, Powder, tablet candy, solid beverage (effervescent tablet, paste), have passed the national GMP, QS export production enterprise certification.

In the South China 863 High-tech Park in Qingyuan City, there is a Weixin industrial chain, and the first phase covers an area of 50 acres. Construction started in 2016.

It is expected to be put into use in 2018. At that time, various workshops will be separated, such as soft capsule workshop, hard capsule workshop, extraction vehicle.

Production Process

Hard capsules

We have size 0 and size 1 capsules; MOQ10,000 for size 0,MOQ14,000 for size 1

size 0 capsules：2.5-4.0g

size 1 capsules: 1.5g-2.5g

• Hard capsules are mainly composed of shell(Gelatin, vegetable capsule) and powder(Formulations and Extracts)
• Capsule shells can be engraved, but the MOQ is required, more than 1 million

Soft capsules

• We have 5 kinds of molds for soft capsules: (100#) 1000#, 750#, 500#, 250#, 1500#
• Existing Specifications Soft Capsules：0.5g/1.0g/0.2g/0.25g/0.8g
• Different thickness, different price.

Tablet shapes and powder packs do not have the proper size and require new molds or formers.

Tablet

• Production steps: Compounding, tableting, coating
• MOQ 30,000.There are four sets of molds: 17,31,33,26

Tablet opening mold, round 55 RMB/set, special-shaped 150 RMB/set, can add characters,patterns, etc.. If you want to print on both sides, add an extra 10 RMB/set, and the mold opening time will be 20-30 days.

At the same time, it is stated that if it is a solid beverage that needs to be mixed, the dry material is 5 RMB/kg, and the wet material is 10 RMB/kg (this is the bottom line price)

Powder

• Packed with aluminum film(35 RMB/ per kilo,minimum 50kg).Minimum order quantity is at least 100kg.
• The cost of pressing is 0.15 RMB/ per bag, MOQ: 100,000 bags.
• PP bottle

Packaging：small cup（0.3-0.35RMB），bottle(1.0-1.5)

The start-up cost of powder is 3,000 RMB, and the start-up cost of granules is 5,000 RMB.

At the same time, it is stated that if it is a solid drink that needs to be mixed, the dry material is 5 RMB/kg, and the wet material is 10 RMB/kg (this is the base price).

Liquid
